Abstracts due 16 May 2008
1. A file labeled TitleSummary2008.pdf is attached showing paper titles and authors. There are two pages in this file. See the attached Program2008.pdf for schedule of presentations and the conference.
Oral presentations are to be no longer than 20 minutes unless specified in the program.
Poster presentations are to be 42 inches tall and 36 inches wide (106cm tall by 91cm wide)
2. Abstracts are limited to ONE PAGE letter size [8 inches by 11 inches (20cm by 28cm)] with 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides 12pt font in MS WORD. A table, figure or references may be included as long as the entire document does not exceed one page. See link to sample abstract.
3. Send all abstracts as attachments by e-mail to: Gary Bauchan
Please but NAAIC in the subject line of the e-mail!
4. IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT BY MAY 16 WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU ARE WITHDRAWING YOUR PAPER. Abstracts are due 2 weeks before the meeting (MAY 16, 2008). So that we can post the final program schedule and abstracts on the NAAIC website and make final arrangements with the hotel.
